Hotel Esprit D'Azur - Nice

Room noise levels can be disruptive, especially from neighboring rooms and streets, which might compromise sleep quality. The shower pressure as noted could use improvement to enhance the overall experience, and the decor in some communal areas showed signs of aging and could benefit from a refresh.

Everything was brand-new, including fabulous staff and marvellous location very close to the tram station. Wi-Fi, tea and coffee, and a kettle in comfy rooms were awesome. Plus it had a lovely view of the distant hills over the city. Enjoyed fast check-in and late check-out. Had a fantastic stay for 4 nights, recommend this place...

The booked room was functional and fashionable with a comfertable bed. There was a good choice of food for breakfast, it was outstanding.

Enjoyed a refreshing stay with a clean, airy room with a lovely balcony and a spacious, well-maintained bathroom. The staff consistently provided excellent recommendations and were available around the clock to assist with any requests. A notable downside was the noisy surroundings which occasionally disrupted the peace. The room felt a bit cramped with luggage. A fridge would have been a nice touch for snacks, especially with limited parking availability.

Positive, The reception staff was super helpful with local tips. The location is great, just a 15-minute walk to the Old City. The room was clean with a decent shower and enough storage space. Breakfast was simple but delicious. Coffee was available throughout the day ☕

Charming stay with friendly faces

The location was excellent-just around the corner from the tram and a short walk to the vibrant Old Town. The staff were attentive, always available to share insights about nearby attractions.

While the rooms were tidy and cute, the size might feel a bit cramped with luggage, and I found breakfast at the hotel to be a bit overpriced compared to local cafes.

Very convenient location near the tram and walking distance to Garibaldiplatz. Wonderfully attentive owner family. Our room had a new bathroom on today's standard. The breakfast was good and above all with a much better value for money than in the city cafes! We would return to the hotel immediately on a city trip to Nice.

I loved how clean and fresh the rooms were. Our balcony was massive! The hotel had some great relaxation spots, like a cozy lounge and a sunny terrace to kick back. The only downside was the air-conditioning didn’t quite cool the room enough for my liking but overall, it was an awesome stay! 😌

Nice little clean room with air conditioning. Also to the street out on the 3rd floor very quiet. Super comfortable bed. New bathroom. Hotel had an elevator. Parking in the car park (cheaper) or in front of the house after appropriate reservation (important!). Very good breakfast! Great sightseeing recommendations received at the front desk.
